■What is Partially Restricted View?

It means that there is something, such as handrails, fencing and advertising boards, in the way of a complete view of the match (no price for elementary and middle school students available).

■For Spectators Using Wheelchairs

  • Wheelchair users are kindly requested to purchase a Wheelchair Area ticket per wheelchair.
  • Admission is free of charge for one personal assistant. Please present a ticket for personal assistant, which will be issued along with wheelchair area ticket.

*Please make sure to arrive at and enter the venue together with a person using a wheelchair.
*Presentation of the ticket for personal assistant only is not valid for admission.

  • *Reservation for a disabled parking space will be accepted at JRFU Ticket Navi-Dial after you purchase a Wheelchair Area ticket (and will be closed once the planned number of spaces is reached).

■Parking Ticket

Parking ticket on-sale on Wednesday 13 October, 6:00pm until Friday 22 October, 11:59pm

*Please kindly note that it may take some time to get in and out of the parking facilities as it is expected to be crowded.
*Please note that entry to the venue will be denied in possession of a parking ticket only.
*Please ensure to purchase your match ticket(s) before purchasing a parking ticket. Parking ticket cannot be refunded even you fail to purchase your match ticket(s).
*Parking ticket sales will be closed as soon as the planned number of tickets is reached. Advance sales only and not available for sales on the match day.

■Numbered Ticket for Free Shuttle Bus Service

Application period for numbered tickets: Wednesday 13 October, 6:00pm - Friday 22 October, 11:59pm

  • Oita Station South Exit; a free shuttle bus service will run between Oita Station Ikoi no Michi and Showa Denko Dome Oita.
  • Numbered ticket will be required to take a shuttle bus. If you do not have your numbered ticket, you may not get on the bus.
    Please make sure to apply the numberf tickets for each of your companions who wishes to take bus.
  • Please keep your numberd ticket carefully as you will be asked to show it to get on the shuttle bus for your return journey.
  • Departure times and travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions. Please leave plenty of time to get to the venue as it is about 5-10 minutes walk from the venue area bus stop to the entrance of the venue.

*Please note that entry to the venue will be denied in possession of a numbered ticket only.
*Please ensure to purchase your match ticket(s) before applying your numbered ticket(s).
*Numbered ticket application will be closed as soon as the planned number of tickets is reached. No distribution of numbered tickets on the match day.

The time printed on your numbered ticket is the approximate departure time for your outward journey.
You may take any bus that departs within the specified time slot. Please arrive at the designated place within the time slot you haveapplied.

Bus will depart as soon as it reaches its capacity.
You may board the bus by showing your numbered ticket, regardless of the time slot printed on the ticket.

Notes

  • There will be no tickets available at the venue on the match day. Please make sure to purchase your tickets online(TicketRUGBY or Ticket Pia) in advance. Please note that the ticket sales may be closed before the match day once the planned number of tickets is reached before the match date.
  • Spectators are not allowed to be seated next to each other (in a sequential order). Please be seated at your designated seat number.
  • Children under 6-years old without a seat are free of charge, only when watching on the parents' lap (a child per adult). Children under 6-years old require tickets, if they occupy seats (a ticket per child).
  • Seats for Elementary and Middle School Students: Available only for elementary and middle school students.
  • Middle school students will be asked to show their student IDs at the match venue.
  • Tickets for Elementary and Middle School Students are not transferable to other non-student tickets.
  • Please note that tickets will not be reissued in case of loss, destruction, theft or forgetting to bring to the venue on the match day.
  • The matches will be held even if it rains.
  • Tickets will be not refunded or changed after purchase unless the match is cancelled.
  • Wheelchair areas are strictly reserved for spectators with wheelchairs.
  • Hazardous and dangerous materials are strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed within the venue, with exception of service, guide or hearing assistance dogs.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • No smoking in the venue.
  • Drinking alcohol is not permitted in the stadium. It is not allowed to transfer alcoholic beverages into any closed containers or to bring themselves into the venue.
  • On the match day, media persons and tournament staff may conduct photographing and/or filming of the spectators within the venue. Please note such video footages and/or photographs may be posted on media.
