・You can watch the match from a special area (reserved seating) on Middle Tier of the Main Stand.
・You can use the exclusive lounges at the rear of the stands.
・The ticket is for the seat only; it does not include any extra benefits.

*2:＜Terrace Seating＞
・You can watch the match in a group of up to six people from terrace seating on Middle Tier of the Back Stand (tickets are sold on a per terrace basis).
・Six tickets will be issued per set. One ticket per person is required for admission.
・Preschool children can sit on an adult’s lap and watch the match for free (up to one child per adult; please be aware that each terrace seats up to six people).

    【3rd Round / Quarter Finals】
  • Wheelchair users are kindly requested to purchase an accessible seating area ticket per wheelchair.
    Admission is free of charge for one personal assistant. The assistant must use the helper ticket issued together with the accessible seating area ticket.

[For those using helper tickets]

  • *The assistant must enter the stadium together with the spectator with a wheelchair on the day of the match.
  • *The helper ticket cannot be used by itself.

【Semi Finals / Final】
  • The “unaccompanied by an assistant” ticket is for one spectator with a wheelchair. If you will be accompanied by an assistant, please purchase an “accompanied by an assistant” ticket.
  • The “accompanied by an assistant” ticket is for one spectator with a wheelchair and one accompanying assistant (two tickets included).

  • *The assistant must use the helper ticket issued together with the accessible seating ticket.

  • *Phone lines will be open from 10:00 am on Saturday, 26 November for third round and quarter final tickets, and from 10:00 am on Saturday, 17 December for semifinal and final tickets.

  • *To reserve an accessible parking space, please call JAPAN RUGBY Navi-Dial after purchasing an accessible seating ticket (reservations will be closed once the planned number of spaces is reached).
    We will provide you with a 13-digit code that can be redeemed for an accessible parking space voucher.
    Please visit your nearest 7-Eleven within the reservation period and redeem the code for a parking space voucher at the till.

Notes

  • *Advance tickets will only be available to purchase online (via SAKURA CLUB TICKET, TicketRUGBY, and Ticket PIA) as a precautionary measure against COVID-19.
    Match day tickets are planned to go on sale at the venue, however this is subject to change in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions and other factors.
    In addition, match day tickets will not be available if the allotted number of tickets sell out during advance sales.

  • [Reserved Seating]
  • Please make sure to sit in your assigned seat. Also, please keep your ticket stub for at least three days after the match.
  • One child below school age (under age 6) may be admitted free of charge per ticketed adult; the child must sit on the adult’s lap.
    A ticket must be purchased for each child that uses a seat.

  • [Unreserved Seating / Standing (Prince Chichibu Memorial Rugby Ground)]
  • Spectators are responsible for securing their own viewing spot. Please refrain from moving to another location once you have secured a spot. Also, please keep your ticket stub for at least three days after the match.
  • Each adult ticket holder may bring one preschool child free of charge. One ticket is required per child for any additional children.

  • [Tickets for Elementary, Middle, and High School Students]
  • These tickets are for students in elementary through high school. Please bring your student ID on the day of the match. Please also note that these tickets cannot be exchanged for general tickets.
  • Same-day ticket sales are for Unreserved Seating only. Other seating are available only in advance.

  • *Accessible seating is strictly reserved for spectators with wheelchairs.
  • *Tickets will NOT be reissued under any circumstances (such as being lost, discarded, stolen, damaged, or left at home).
  • *Event will not be cancelled or postponed in case of rain.
  • *Tickets cannot be changed or refunded once purchased, except in the event that the match is cancelled.
  • *Hazardous and dangerous materials are strictly prohibited in the venue. Pets are not allowed within the venue, with exception of service, guide or hearing assistance dogs.
  • *Re-entry is allowed.
  • *Members of the media and event staff will be taking video and photos at the stadium on the day of the event. Please note that you may appear in the footage posted in various media outlets.
  • *Please note that the Japan National Stadium is a no smoking venue. There are no smoking areas available.

  • *Event operations are subject to change depending on COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and social circumstances.
